# Guild Policy

By joining guilds, you agree to abide by the following policies and guidelines:

1. Guild Purpose and Values:<br>

The existence of guilds is dedicated to fostering teamwork and, creating a supportive gaming community. We valuerespect, fair play, inclusivity.

2. Membership Requirements:<br>

To join guilds, you must meet the following requirements&#x20;

* Reach level 9 in- game
* Get the approval of the guild leader&#x20;

These requirements ensure that our members are committed and aligned with the guild's objectives.

3. Code of Conduct:<br>

As a member of each guild, you are expected to adhere to a high standard of behavior. This includes:

* Respecting all guild members and treating them with kindness.
* Avoiding any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive language.
* Refraining from cheating, exploiting game mechanics, or engaging in any dishonest practices.
* Not engaging in real-money trading or any activities that involve the exchange of in-game items or currency for real money.<br>

4. Consequences of Violations:

Failure to comply with the guild policies may result in the following consequences:

Verbal warning or reminder of the policy.

* Temporary suspension from guild activities.
* Demotion or removal from the guild.
* Violating several times and receive several warnings, your account will be removed from BearMeta.<br>

5. Guild Leadership Structure:

Our guild operates with a structured leadership team to ensure smooth operation and effective management. The leadership roles within the guild are as follows:

* Leader: The Guild Leader is responsible for overall guild management, strategic decision-making, and maintaining the guild's vision and values. They have the final say in all major guild-related matters.
* Vice Leader: Vice Guild Leaders are appointed by the Guild Leader and play a crucial role in managing specific aspects of the guild. They may be responsible for areas such as recruitment, event coordination, raid organization, or member support.
* General Member:  General Members are the core of the guild. They actively participate in guild activities, follow guild rules, and contribute to the overall success of the guild.<br>

Guild management permissions are as follows:

* Leader: Appoint Vice President, Remove Vice President, Member Management
* Vice Leader: Member Management
* General Member: No management permissions

By joining the guild, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to adhere to these policies. We strive to maintain a positive and enjoyable gaming environment for all guild members.&#x20;
